1. English has some words have different pronunciations for different meanings
a. "conduct" has two meanings, the attitude and behavior of someone, or to lead or guide someone
2. The accent; northerners have a different accent from southerners
a. If a foreigner learns English in the northern part of the country, he or she might have trouble communicating with southerners.

D. The technological language
1. When foreigner students study in their majors, they have to learn technical terms and phrases about new technology.
a. The technical terms and phrases that maybe doesn’t exist in their countries.
